Fenzi Holdings SPV S.p.A (“Fenzi Group”), a leading chemical company in the glass processing industry and headquartered in Italy, today announces the acquisition of Johnson Matthey’s (“JM”) Advanced Glass Technologies (“AGT”) business, a leading global provider of specialist glass enamels and precious metal pastes supplied mainly to the automotive sector.
Fenzi Group’s Chief Executive Officer, Alessandro Fenzi said, “We are delighted to welcome the AGT organization to the Fenzi Group. The acquisition is expected to close in the spring of 2022.
