Sunday, April 7, 2024 - Fenzi athletes participated in the Relay Marathon 2024, running more than 42 km for Fondazione IBVA, with a single purpose: to go beyond every victory. A not-to-be-missed opportunity to run, have fun, do good, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of families in difficulty supported by the Solidando projects.
The Relay Marathon is a non-competitive relay run in the center of Milan, the same day as the Milan Marathon, on a course that meanders approx. 42 km, through the most beautiful parts of the city. It engages individuals and companies (with teams of four runners) to achieve important shared goals, above and beyond the sporting aspect. The community of Fenzi employees also participated in the 2024 edition of the solidarity relay by becoming members of the non-profit Fondazione IBVA/Solidando organization to support its very tangible aid projects in the city of Milan.
Fondazione IBVA is committed on a daily basis to helping those in need of help. Thanks to the contributions of specialized staff and to a great number of volunteers, it assists families – Italian and of other nationalities – through education, emergency housing, school dropout training, and working to alleviate food poverty in Milan.
A huge Thank You to all the runners who participated in making this truly unique event possible.
