Manager Planning (fulltime)

Ons hoofdkantoor is gevestigd in Maastricht en productielocaties bevinden zich in Nederland, USA en op diverse locaties in Azië. In Maastricht werken ± 200 medewerkers. Sinds februari 2022 maakt FENZI AGT onderdeel uit van de Fenzigroup, behorende tot de wereldtop in de glasindustrie.
De functie:
Als Manager Planning ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van en leidinggeven aan de planningsactiviteiten zodat klantenorders volledig, op tijd en in de juiste kwaliteit worden uitgevoerd, de voorraadniveaus van grond-, hulp- en halffabricaten optimaal zijn en de productiecapaciteit optimaal gepland is.
Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:
- Opstellen, monitoren en bijsturen van het productieplan t.b.v. een succesvolle S&OE.
- Beheer van voorraden zodanig dat werkkapitaal optimaal wordt ingezet, inclusief cycle count en behandeling van incourante voorraden.
- Coördinatie van communicatie en afstemming tussen diverse interne en externe partijen over de supply chain van planning tot en met verzending.
- Leidinggeven aan en coachen van het team van planners.
- Beheer van planning masterdata in ERP-systeem, inclusief doorvoeren updates en organiseren van key-userschap.
- Opstellen en analyseren KPI-rapportages, doen van optimalisatievoorstellen en implementeren en begeleiden van veranderingstrajecten.
In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Manager Supply Chain.
Jouw profiel
- HBO werk- en denk niveau, met enkele jaren ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
- Je bent klant- en resultaatgericht en beschikt over goede analytische vaardigheden en een hands-on mentaliteit.
- Je bent in staat creatieve oplossingen te vinden en ervaart kritieke situaties als uitdagingen.
- Je bent een pro-actieve teamspeler met een sterk ontwikkeld gevoel voor ondernemerschap.
- Je communiceert gemakkelijk en weet mensen mee te nemen.
- Je spreekt en schrijft Nederlands en Engels op een professioneel niveau.
- Ervaring met (implementatie) van ERP-systeem (D365) is een pre.

The function:
As a Planning Manager, you are responsible for managing and directing the planning activities to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in full, on time and in the right quality, as well as for optimal stock levels of raw materials, auxiliary and semi-finished products and for optimal planning of production capacity.

Your tasks include:
- Drafting, monitoring and adjusting the production plan for a successful S&OE.
- Management of inventories in such a way that working capital is used optimally, including cycle count and treatment of obsolete stocks.
- Coordination of communication and coordination between various internal and external parties about the supply chain from planning to shipping.
- Leading and coaching the team of planners.
- Management of planning master data in ERP system, including implementing updates and organizing key-usership.
- Drawing up and analyzing KPI reports, making optimization proposals and implementing and supervising change processes.
In this role, you report to the Supply Chain Manager.
Your profile
- Bachelor-level working and thinking ability (HBO), with several years of experience in a similar role.
- You are customer- and results-oriented, with strong analytical skills and a hands-on mentality.
- You are capable of finding creative solutions and view critical situations as challenges.
- You are a proactive team player with a strong sense of entrepreneurship.
- You communicate easily and know how to engage and motivate others.
- You speak and write Dutch and English at a professional level.
- Experience with (implementation of) ERP system D365 is a plus
