Operator (2- of 3-ploegendienst)
Voor onze afdeling Production op onze locatie in Maastricht zijn wij op zoek naar nieuwe collega’s in de functie van Operator (2- of 3-ploegendienst).

Ons hoofdkantoor is gevestigd in Maastricht en productielocaties bevinden zich in Nederland, USA en op diverse locaties in Azië. In Maastricht werken ± 200 medewerkers. Sinds februari 2022 maakt FENZI AGT onderdeel uit van de Fenzigroup, behorende tot de wereldtop in de glasindustrie.
De functie
Als Operator bedien je een of meerdere (deel)installaties/machines en voer je diverse daarbij behorende werkzaamheden uit. Onze productieafdelingen bestaan uit verschillende werkstations. Een nieuwe collega start met aanleren van een specifiek werkstation met de mogelijkheid om meerdere stations aan te leren, afhankelijk van inzet en ervaring. Een werkstation kan uit meerdere machines bestaan.
Je taken
- Bedienen van een of meerdere machines: opstarten, bijsturen, stoppen.
- Vervoeren van bulkproducten met gebruik van hef- of reachtruck.
- Nemen van monsters, uitvoeren van kwaliteitsmetingen en/of aanreiken van monsters aan laboratorium.
- Noteren van handelingen op batchkaarten.
- Verpakken en labelen van producten.
- Zorgen voor netheid rondom machines.
- Veilig werken.
Jouw profiel
- Afgeronde Operator A of Operator B opleiding of enkele jaren ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
- In bezit van of bereid tot behalen certificaten heftruck en/of reachtruck en elektrische handpalletwagen
- Orde, netheid en veiligheid.
- Leergierige teamspeler die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt.
Ons aanbod
Afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring worden kandidaten ingedeeld in salarisschaal 3 of 4. Bij eventuele indiensttreding is op termijn doorgroei mogelijk naar salarisschaal 5.
Hiervoor ga je direct aan de slag met een intern opleidingstraject, waardoor je je kunt door ontwikkelen tot een breed inzetbare operator.

For the Production department at our Maastricht location, we are looking for new colleagues to join us as: Operator (2- or 3-Shift System)
The Role
As an Operator, you will operate one or more machines or sub-installations and carry out various associated tasks. Our production departments consist of different workstations.
A new colleague will begin by learning to operate one specific workstation, with the opportunity to expand to multiple stations, depending on performance and experience. A workstation may consist of multiple machines.
Your Responsibilities
- Operating one or more machines: starting, adjusting, and stopping.
- Transporting bulk products using a forklift or reach truck.
- Taking samples, performing quality measurements, or delivering samples to the laboratory.
- Recording actions on batch cards.
- Packaging and labelling products.
- Ensuring a clean and safe work environment around the machines.
- Working safely at all times.
Your Profile
- Completed Operator A or Operator B training or several years of experience in a similar role.
- Possession of or willingness to obtain forklift, reach truck, and electric pallet truck certificates.
- Attention to order, cleanliness, and safety.
- A proactive, eager-to-learn team player who is hands-on.
Our Offer
Depending on education and experience, candidates will be placed in salary scale 3 or 4. With long-term employment, there is opportunity for growth to salary scale 5.
You will start an internal training program, allowing you to develop into a versatile operator with multiple skills and responsibilities.
